Free Spa Cover Shipping in Continental US

Shipping is FREE to the lower 48 U.S. Contiguous States providing that there is normal truck access to the final destination. In the event a large truck does not have normal access, other arrangements have to be made by the customer to either pick up the spa cover at the closest convenient location for both parties involved or work out a payment with the freight company for the extra charges that may be incurred.

All orders are shipped Standard Ground by a Common Carrier. We do not do expedited shipping such as Second or Next Business Day deliveries.

Sorry, we do not ship outside of the Continental USA.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address.

Spa covers are covered by their manufacturer’s warranties, but are not returnable. In the unlikely event that a spa cover has to be returned for some unforeseen reason and the manufacturer agrees to the return, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer including shipping charges incurred for the original shipment to customer. Orders canceled after the spa cover has already shipped from the warehouse are considered a return and the customer will be liable for any shipping charges incurred.

DELIVERY

The manufacturing time for our custom made spa covers is approximately 7 business days from order date. Shipping time is approximately 7 business days. You will receive your cover in approximately 2-3 weeks.

The freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery to let you know the expected arrival day and time. You will need to be on hand for the delivery and sign for it.

NOTE:DO NOT OPEN PACKAGING WITH SHARP OBJECT!

Always inspect spa cover for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. If unacceptable damage to spa cover is spotted, do not accept delivery. Make sure the driver notes that the spa cover was damaged and that you did not accept delivery because of the damage and request a receipt as such. Notify CoverShops.com at 1-856-533-0180 if the item was rejected.

After acceptance of delivery, any claims must be processed by the customer directly with the freight company. If you make arrangements with the shipping company to deliver your spa cover without you being present to inspect it, you are accepting complete responsibility for the condition of your spa cover. Neither CoverShops.com or the manufacturer will be held liable or responsible for any shipping damages to the cover. Please inspect it carefully.
